For a business call, park safely before using the phone; waiting in traffic is not safe parking. Holding and using a phone while driving is prohibited. The 999/112 exception requires a genuine emergency in which stopping is unsafe or impractical. Other narrow legal exceptions do not authorise this business call. Hands-free conversations can also distract you.
