UK driving theory test
30 minutes a day, and the test stops being frightening.
Lanekind brings back the questions you are about to forget, when they are due. Every revision question, the whole Highway Code and every road sign are free to study — no account and no card.
No account needed to start. Answers are saved in this browser first and can be linked to an account later.
Illustrative example · daily session
Road junctions, plus questions due for review
A grouped question session within your chosen 15, 30 or 45-minute daily setting.
Set the plan once, then it runs itself
Your licence, test date and time setting shape the plan. You can then choose whether reminders would help, and change any of those choices later.
Which licence
Car, motorcycle, lorry and bus, or ADI. Each licence keeps its own bank and progress.
When is your test
A booked date lets the plan count backwards. “Not booked yet” is a real answer too.
How long a day
15, 30 or 45 minutes. The setting is the budget each daily session is built to.
Why it sticks
A question you get right comes back later, not never
Lanekind spaces practice by study day and only advances an answer when it was genuinely due. A wrong answer brings it back sooner.
Miss a day and your current streak can end; there is no additional penalty. Working in another licence does not age this one’s ladder.
- Get one wrong, anywhere in the app, and it is back the next day.
- Get it right on the day it is due and you do not see it for 3 days, then 7 days, then a single check 21 days after that.
- A question you never get wrong is seen 4 times in total, and is then finished for good.
- The clock is study days in that licence, not calendar days. A fortnight on motorcycle questions does not leave a wall of overdue car ones.
- A correct answer before the question is due does not move it. It keeps its existing due study day; a wrong answer still resets it.
