Revision question · Band 3 driving test, disabilities, law
Revision material from the imported DVSA bank includes source-checked Lanekind learning corrections. These corrections are not newly issued official examination questions, and practice does not reproduce a live test paper.
A candidate may appeal to a magistrates’ court in England and Wales within six months, or a sheriff’s court in Scotland within 21 days. The ground is that the examiner did not follow the law, not disagreement with driving judgement. A successful appeal can refund the fee or provide a free retest; the court cannot change the original result.
