You paid, and Premium is not showing

Which of these was it? The two are fixed in different places, and the wrong one will not work.

Pick the one that happened to you

Nothing below charges you and nothing below cancels anything. Both are ways of pointing an existing subscription at the account you are looking at.

You paid on this website

Sign in with the email you paid with

That address is the account the subscription is on, whatever you happened to be signed in as when you paid. Signing in with it turns Premium on here and on your phone, and carries this browser’s work across with you.

Not sure which address? It is the one your receipt came to, from Dodo Payments.

You paid in the app

Only your phone can see that purchase

This website cannot see a purchase made through the App Store or Google Play. Your phone can, so the fix happens there, in three steps.

Open the app, then YouThe fourth tab along the bottom
Then PremiumIt says what you are on, and where it was bought
Then Restore a purchaseFor a new phone, or after reinstalling

To use it here as well, attach an email to it: You, then Premium, then “Use Premium on the website”. It does not change what you pay.

If neither of those works

There is one more state, and it is ours to fix rather than yours: a payment that went through and never reached the account it was meant for.

Write to us

We can see a payment even when your app cannot. Tell us the email address you paid with and whether it was the website or the app, and we will find it. The contact address is on the terms page.

You will not be charged twice. If a second subscription ever lands on one account we refund the newer one and email you which one we kept.

While this is being sorted out

Nothing you have done is affected, and the free tier is not a reduced version of the product: every revision question, every road sign, the Highway Code, your daily session and your predicted score all carry on exactly as they were.
