The RSA training example uses roughly one tonne for 15 passengers, equivalent to about 67 kg each: 75 passengers therefore add about five tonnes before luggage. This is an illustrative estimate, not the measured weight of your passengers or a GB legal allowance. Include actual luggage and fuel and respect the vehicle’s plated gross and axle limits; maximum authorised mass is a permitted limit, not a figure calculated by adding this example to unladen weight.
