Allow for liquid movement when slowing and turning

Read the reviewed summary

A partly filled tank permits liquid to surge forward when braking and sideways when turning. Baffles reduce movement but do not eliminate it, and some tanks are unbaffled. Start, steer and slow smoothly; brake early with steady pressure and do not release too soon as you stop. This describes liquid-load dynamics, not US licensing rules or an alternative to the actual vehicle’s braking instructions.
