Prevent heat damage with correct tyre pressure

Read the reviewed summary

An under-inflated tyre flexes excessively, which can cause overheating, structural damage and rapid deflation. In a twin fitment, unequal pressure also causes uneven wear. Check each tyre’s cold pressure for its actual load and use; investigate a loss rather than merely reinflating and continuing. Damage and debris from a failed tyre can endanger surrounding traffic.
