Dangerous-goods hazard labels and placards are diamond-shaped and identify a hazard class. A green cylinder marks non-flammable, non-toxic gas; a flame over a circle on yellow marks oxidising material; liquid attacking a hand and metal marks corrosion; a flame on blue marks danger when wet. These practice drawings teach symbols, not every marking needed on a compliant package, tank or vehicle.
