A motorcycle must have at least a 125 cc engine to tow a small trailer. The loaded trailer must weigh no more than 150 kg or two-thirds of the motorcycle’s kerbside weight, whichever is lower. It must be at most 1 metre wide and extend no more than 2.5 metres behind the motorcycle’s rear axle. Required weight markings must be present.
