Distribute weight over the floor and around the centre line, keeping heavy items low and lighter items towards the outside. A top-only double-deck load raises the centre of gravity and increases overturning risk. Keep mirrors and the driver’s view unobstructed. A load plan must respect the actual vehicle, floor and axle capacities, not just its total permitted mass.
