Normal daily rest is 11 hours; reduced rest is at least 9, allowed three times between weekly rests. A fixed week is Monday 00:00 to Sunday 24:00. Driving cannot exceed 56 hours in a week or 90 in two consecutive weeks. Regular weekly rest is at least 45 hours.
