Double red lines prohibit stopping at all times; single red lines apply during the signed times. Restrictions include loading and passenger stops unless a specific exemption applies. Licensed taxis and disabled-passenger pick-up have defined exceptions, not general parking permission. Use a marked loading or parking bay only for its signed purpose and times.
