A mock is the real thing: the same number of questions, the same time limit and the same pass mark, with nothing revealed until the end. Your first one is free.
No verdict, because a session has no pass mark and inventing one would be a lie. The score is what you got right out of what you answered.
A session is a short run the plan builds for you — a few rules, some signs and the questions that go with them, ending when the queue does rather than when a timer says so.
Every figure on this page was written when the run finished and is read back exactly as written. If the pass mark moved, or the question bank grew, or the estimator changed its mind, none of these rows would move with it — a record that changes is not a record.
That is also why a pass verdict only appears where one was actually frozen. A session has no pass mark, so it gets none; and for a licence whose pass mark the DVSA has not published anywhere this app can read, the row shows the score and says so rather than guessing.
The answers themselves are kept as a log rather than as a summary, so an attempt sat offline on a phone and one sat here are the same shape and can be put back together without either losing anything.
